What types of programs does TAGITRAINING offer?

General Training Programs : These programs are designed to meet the training needs of individuals, institutions and organizations to various sectors in the concerned Arab countries.
Customized Training Programs : These programs are designed to meet the training needs of a specific institution integrating with the objectives which it seeks to realize and the challenges it faces. Such programs are held in the premises of the party demanding the service or in TAGITRAINING premises.

Do TAGITRAINING services qualify Arab institutions and individuals to participate in Excellency Awards?

Yes, many services are offered to Jordanian institutions to qualify their employees to participate in king Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency, as well as other Arab awards such as H.H. Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoom for Arab Management excellence award.

What are the certificates offered by TAGITRAINING?

Certificates accredited by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Professional Training Group (TAGITRAINING) in cooperation with the companies of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAGORG), Arab societies and Certificates accredited by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business – German Jordanian University

Can I suggest any training course even if it is not scheduled in TAGITRAINING plan?

This is done in two ways:

Sending an e-mail from the website.
Making a phone call.
The message should include :
- Name of the requested training program,its core contents and the target group.
- Training language.
- Preferred date of holding the course.
- No. of participants who can attend the suggested program.
- Place of conducting the course.
- The name of sender.
- Contact information (address, phone and e-mail).

What are the fees and are there any discounts offered?

The fees for participation depend on the training program itself. Please contact us or the concerned office for any more information about the fees.

Discounts are given within certain policies; for example if the participants are from the same institution , the percentage of the discount is defined by the office that organizes the training course

What is the maximum number of the participants and the limits of the training hours?

According to quality assurance standards of our programs, 20 is the maximum number of participants that should be attending any training course. As for the number of the training hours, it varies from one course to another according to the nature of the training course.

What are the languages of the training courses? What are the training facilities offered?

All our courses are conducted in Arabic and English or both together according to the participants' request. Courses can also be held in French language upon request.
